Terms & Conditions

Delivery
 
  • Small items will be shipped by Royal mail. Larger items will be shipped using a courier and will require a signature on delivery
  • Please check the contents of your order upon receipt and notify us of any damages/discrepancies within 14 days.
2.

Returns / Cancellation
 
  • Should you wish to return your order, please send it to: College Kits Direct LTD, Unit 24 Ashville Way Trading Estate, Whetstone, LE8 6NU
  • The cost of returning an item must be paid by you.
  • Orders can be returned to us within 28 days for a refund.
  • Orders returned to us within 7 days after the delivery was made, will be credited in full, including the original carriage charge.
  • Orders returned after 7 days, will still be credited, but the original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund.
  • We strongly recommend that you use some form of recorded delivery and that goods are securely packaged and insured as we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged goods.
  • You should take reasonable care of all products whilst in your possession.
